How to shoot so that the houses looked like toys?

FWIW I used my 70-300mm lens, the ISO was 500 the shutter speed 1/320 and the aperture was f4.5. It was a bright and sunny morning with some cloud blowing off the hillside but no direct sunlight on the valley floor. And it was cold.
