Mother Nature show late in the evening. It was great!
Thank! I've never had so much fun from the fact that I photograph a thunderstorm!
@white.dead - Really spectacular job, too. Tripod and long time exposures?
Just a manual mode with the shutter speed set to bulb and shooting from hand. The tripod was destroyed my sister’s hands 3 years ago
A bovine audience is irresistibly drawn to my singing of High Noon... Cassoday, KS-120518
I think they all look with curiosity that they are being photographed!
@white.dead - They may have been hoping that I had something to feed them...
I think we should open a Railway modeller's Topic
@Taurus717 - That sounds good.
500 kV high-voltage walk in the rain on the outskirts and forest
@white.dead - Nice looking forest!
Three American Bullfrogs have their portraits made, with commendable patience. Palemon, MO 17 July 2020
Saw this Air Tractor crop duster working and was fortunate enough to get some photos. Hardin, MO 17 July 2020
for more information about these interesting little planes.
Ooooh, this frog looks so graceful! The field plane is also amazing in its work!
Assorted flying or suspended objects from recent expeditions. In third photo, the female heron is seen at right
Now there will be a philosophical question: "Why did the heron cross the road?"
- "...To avoid the goon with the camera..." would be my guess.
Panoramic photo of cornfield damaged by high winds last night. Carrollton, MO 15 August 2020
The turn of the Klyazma river in the Bolshevo microdistrict. Korolev city, Moscow region
"My militsiya protects me!"
Soviet police (militsiya) car GAZ-24 "Volga". And also Moskvich-407, GAZ-21 "Volga" and Moskvich-401
@white.dead - What a beautiful area, there by the Klyazma River! Looks peaceful.
Nice group of cars, too! The Volga GAZ-21 looks like an old American car of some sort, not sure which brand.
Panoramic view on M-210 bridge over NS Railway after a storm. South Liberty, MO, USA 15 Aug 2020
Saw this gem near KC recently, a 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air Sedan, nicely restored.
Russian village somewhere in the Tver oblast
The Northern Dvina near Kotlas, Arkhangelsk Oblast
Beautiful and peaceful scenes! Thanks for sharing them! Did you see any trains on the bridge?
nah, we didn't see any trains. And camera angle from this point can't allowed us to take some good pictures. We just explored some village and river bank
This trip was wonderful, we (me and my friend) saw a lot of railway stuff here and there. Here some film photos:
1. Kotlas depot
2. Some track near Kotlas
3. Narrow gauge railway in Udima (50-60 km away from Kotlas, I believe)
4. TU6 diesel loco in Udima
5. 2TE70 in Solvychegodsk depot. I uploaded this picture from there with this locos - https://trainspo.com/photo/76520/
Of course I did some city and outskirts pictures, but can't find now at my HDD, so can share it a bit later
Very nice pictures!
