Are these locomotives still in regular service? Or is it some "special" train?

No - this locomotive is not in service. On the photo is included in the composition of the freight train. Travel from depot Varna to depot Sofia - where will begin its recovery as a museum locomotive and will be used for attraction trips.

Thank you. This seems resonable... On Wiki I have found that this type is 40 years out of service. But due to the state of locomotive and the freight train I was not sure.
