Are there additional bufer lights?
Yes, all Sillamäe TEM TMH locos have additional lights. Seems like original lights are not powerful enough.

I have noticed that Sillamäe locos have bulb headlights, but Operail (EVR Cargo) TEM TMH locos have all LED headlights.
