In Estonia we have a national power company called Enefit. They operate a quarry and an underground mine to harvest our natural resource called oil shale and in turn they use that to produce electricity. They also have a subsidiary called Enefit Power that owns a short-line railway to move the oil shale from the underground mine to the different power plants they operate. This is one of those trains.
