Is this some sort of upgrade? as far as I know, replaced the gearbox with freight-passenger ones, but this was done a long time ago, and the 'S' appeared quite recently, here is photo from February 26 https://ibb.co/2KwDVKv

The S stands for Siig which is for the surname of one of the head of GoCraft depot managers. It had to be added because TTJA required them to make a distinction between upgraded and stock models.

@ter Upgrades should be to the gearing so that the locomotive can be more easily used for cargo runs.
