After having to brake after not just one, but two lorry drivers passed through a red light, my bicycle’s chain and pneumatic system got stuck. As a result I was almost 10 minutes late. Since I expected to make it just in time to get a passing freight train on photo, I thought I had missed it. But just as I arrived near the spot I was planning to use for another train, it came into sight. It was 5 minutes late. It turned out to be LTE’s 193 740, hauling a methanol train from Wrocław to Europooort.
@stefan Very nice angle. I just put my new Manfrotto 24-ft. camera tower in service today. It makes a huge difference at certain locations. It is also heavy and not quick to deploy, but worth the extra effort.
