What went wrong with the rebranding?

@tanelifoto LTG was announced about rebranding in 2020. Until now only 10 units of rolling stock are repainted in new LTG liveries. This photo is a good example how LTG failed. This locomotive was in the depot for repairs and had to be repainted. Instead of that, they renewed the numbers and deleted old "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" and "LG" stickers. That's it. As an example even UZ renew their rolling stock fleet much faster even in the time of war.
