A few years ago we decided that the DB Cargo Vectrons would all be classed as DBC 193, ignoring the country they are in. Why would we make an exception for DBC CZ? The entire idea of MS locomotives is cross-border use, I think it's nonsense to say "they need to be classed differently if they're across a certain border".
