This move is due to these vehicles were repaired by Talleres Celada (a workshop which makes restorations and reparations of railway vehicles) in León. When these vehicles were repaired already, they were moved to Madrid. As we can see in the photo, there are two locomotives (10825 built in 1965 by Babcock & Wilcox and 140-2054 built by Babcock & Wilcox in 1928) and also the wagon Z-203 built in 1929 by SECN.
