That seems like an unusual shape. Is it made by a new builder or just a new design by an established manufacturer?

The design is really unusual. Originally, the HSG was developed by the company Stahlberg Roensch, 2010 Vossloh bought the company on. The HSG 2 based on the first high-speed grinding train RC01.
