Dark storm clouds are gathering on the horizon as HLCX SD40 5004 brings a westbound Nebraska Kansas Colorado Railnet train under Highway 83 in Cedar Bluffs, Kansas, on May 7th, 2013. The 5004 is the former Detroit Edison #013. This is one of the last unrebuilt SD40s still in operation.
