This is a train spraying a product to destroy vegetation around the tracks to keep them clean. Before using a new system with camera, employees had to travel on each side of the green passenger cars, with the window open to see the track and a hand on the product valve to stop spraying the toxic substance where it was not needed. You can see an employee on the second window.
