Fast train to Bohumín.

storyIn january 2015 this loco received faster bogies (with different gear ratio) and change it's class from 363 (120 kph) to 362 (140 kph). And of course it came out in present ČD livery, newly without number plates.

At the back you can see castle of Špilberk, one of Brno's famous sights.
@EightyFour It's so bad for the Number Plates... it was a very big tradition in the Czech Republic.
@Taurus717 Yes, it has long tradition, but there is an issue with stealing it by some idiots. And its not compatible with new colour scheme, because its red 🙂
@EightyFour i think a bit of red in the Najbrt scheme would be not bad...
Indeed. I think they did not bother to mount new plates as the "Eso" was already upgraded from class 363 to 362, and was easier / cheaper just to paint the number.
Every new vehicle came out without number plates. Even class 380 has only stickers. Rebuilt locos sometimes got (750.7, 754, 242), somerimes not (362, 363 for Cargo.) It seems to become new tradition to not have some rule for that... 🙂
It still does not suck like CFR Marfa, which puts UIC12 stickers like on every outshopped locomotive from overhauls because there's a "business" with our railway authority. We do not even send class 60 diesels or ASEA / Electroputere locs outside Romania, but they recieve UIC12 which is really useless...and most of their numbering plates are given back to home depots, a small amount of them are already on "exhibit" in some employee's houses 😆
