PKP Cargo ST43 35Leszno Leszno

but why ?

PKP Cargo decided last year to reduce their amount of locomotives, also ST43 class. As I remember 48 of them would have be sold in auction. I don't know exactly, if any of them were bought by someone or because of lack of new holders, PKP have decided to delete this. In Leszno depo, where I took this photo, there were another 4 ST43's. But there wasn't anyone in this time to ask about future of this locomotives. I know that last year also 'Lotos Kolej' (private railway company from Poland) sold all of theirs ST43's (signed as 060DA class) and some of them go back to Romania. I saw nice photo at flickr of yellow 060DA in GFR livery with big lights, so it must be Electroputere from Poland.

yes that's true we have some Ex Poland st43 at GFR company ...
