One of the greatest Czechoslovak story ever been told about diesel locomotives narrates about one Goggler, delivered to LD Brno-Dolní. It was chosen as a "project" of former eastern-block "workgroups", took away from other locos and got special maintenance. The goal was to reach one milion kilometers without general overhaul.
However the mission was accomplished, after the change of political structure in 1989 almost all the locomotives undergo this scenario as a result of an heavy impact, connected with economical transformation (lack of budget due to large cutoff from national budget.)
