BNSF 8229 in warbonnet scheme moved train from Fort Carson to Kelker, Colorado, USA, where it held Kelker Siding on the Joint Line. Unit Army train headed for the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site near Simpson, Colorado. The Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site (also Pinon and Pinyon) is a 235,896 acre (955 km2) U.S. Army base in southeastern Colorado. BNSF 8839 coal load (engineer waving) was headed to Smithers Lake, Texas.
