Is this diesel locomotive work on Post-Soviet 1520 mm track gauge? Because behind the diesel locomotive I see the tank-cars which often can see in the Ukrainian Railway

The locomotive is on 1435mm gauge as the behind cars are. They are only transposed on 1435mm bogies. The fuel tanks are, as you well observed, Ukrainean. But, in Dornesti station there are 1520mm gauge lines, also. You can find more pictures here.
