Regional train 6164 Genova Brignole - Acqui Terme transit over the bridge in Acquasanta, one of the many brick works present on the secondary line Genoa - Acqui Terme (- Asti) that connects the main town of Liguria with the pleasant town of Basso Monferrato. The convoy consists of a EMU ALe801 / 940 (ALe = Automotrice Leggera elettrica/Electric Light Unit) and related towed carriages. The difference between the two head ends are basically in the positioning of a luggage compartment in the ALe801 unit (the one on the right). These convoys present in Regional trains from the early 70s ended their career in June 2016 replaced by more recent construction material.
