It's a 71-152 (LVS-2005), tram built by PTMZ (Petersburg Tram Mechanical Factory, russian Петербургский Трамвайно-Механический Завод). Produced from 2006 to 2009. Asynchronous traction drive, semi low-floor lounge. The acronym «LVS» stands for «Leningrad wagon articulated» (russian Ленинградский Вагон Сочленённый). Just 26 pieces were produced, 25 are operated in St. Petersburg, 1 in Barnaul.
