This was my first train picture after arriving to USA. In the morning of my first full day of my trip, I decided to take Metrolink train to Los Angeles. After arriving from my AirBnB home to El Monte station, I noted that signal was green for this track and decided to wait a little. About 15 min later came this eastbound intermodal train and highballed through the station. What I didn't realise at that time, was that I was quite lucky to catch this train, because in two weeks living at El Monte I saw freight trains on this line only 4 times. Other rare thing about this day was to see Los Angeles under overcast skies.
