@fepsa6600 Did the railroad replace the Alco prime mover in this engine? I see two exhaust stacks instead of the one Alcos usually have.

@Maersk.146 Thanks, Keith. I didn't realize so many of the GP40X's were built. I thought there were only two or three as prototypes to work out the bugs in the GP50 design.

@Maersk.146 Those flared radiators are unusual on a B-B locomotive. What type of engine was it rebuilt from?
