Why M62. not ST44? What is the history of this locomotive? It is not its real number.

These diesel locomotives are owned to the iron and steel works PJSC "Azovstal". Yes, all of them are working here.

This is the factory identification, Project number 11201. By analogy with the d.c. electric locomotive 2ES10 'Granite', it is also known as 2ES7.

Interesting picture! The head end locomotive is TGM4B-0589, both of which are owned by the Uralmash industrial railways and newly captured in the Gallery. They haul the Siemens Desiro RUS EMU train 'Lastochka' ES1-017, which was for two months at the Ural Locomotives Ltd. Works (see, e.g., http://trainspo.com/photo/37969 and http://trainspo.com/photo/37355/#photo).

This is the department of train configuration, start-up and commissioning, inclusive of testing. The factory "Ural Locomotives" Ltd. in Verkhnyaya Pyshma near Ekaterinburg intends to produce these high-speed trains based on the Siemens Desiro platform in Russia.
