This is the factory identification, Project number 11201. By analogy with the d.c. electric locomotive 2ES10 'Granite', it is also known as 2ES7.

Interesting picture! The head end locomotive is TGM4B-0589, both of which are owned by the Uralmash industrial railways and newly captured in the Gallery. They haul the Siemens Desiro RUS EMU train 'Lastochka' ES1-017, which was for two months at the Ural Locomotives Ltd. Works (see, e.g., http://trainspo.com/photo/37969 and http://trainspo.com/photo/37355/#photo).
