I saw the same loco hauling my 56388 KYJ ERS PASS at my home station KTYM...
The first electric train (the then 343SR ERS KYJ Passenger now 56387 ERS KYJ Passenger) which I have travelled from KTYM to MVLK was hauled by this locomotive ED WAP-4 22557 which has mid-mounted headlamps that time.
