Bosnia has two rail companies, this is plinthed outside the railway offices for ZRS (Željeznice Republike Srpske). It's 760mm gauge, so guess it's from a former coal line somewhere in the Serbian sector

I was disappointed, I was waiting for another steam train to go by. Dam cold. There's 2 large S bends up the valley, you can see the line going away to the right again in the distance.

Hmm. Not sure about you reediting operator to NYMR? Built by the London and North Western Railway, which became the LMS railway.
