Knowing this location this is a very lucky shot!!
Since I uploaded this image I have discovered the vehicle is actually owned by Network Rail.
It was build in 1958 as a Buffet vehicle for a 6 Car DEMU, and was converted into the late 1970's to the saloon seen here.
