The photo not of great quality, of course, but of great value. It depicts one of two ChS4 still alive in Russia (not taking into account ones preserved in museums), caught by chance rushing to Rossosh. While locos of the same class are still used widely in the Ukraine, in Russia all of them but two (143 and 157) were withdrawn. However, ChS4-143 and 157 don't haul trains nowadays - they are used for maintenance purposes such as rail lubrication.
