Oil train to Maardu

Is there more than one Railway Operating Company in Estonia? This loco looks ex Russian whereas some of the other photos on here the Locomotives are definitely built in the USA.
@Kempy72 Yes there have been many freight operators in Estonia. Ex Union Pacific and Conrail locomotives were imported to Estonia in 2002-2003, back when Estonian Railways was owned by Edward Burkhardt. Private carriers continued to use ex USSR locos.
Thanks for that! Ahh Ed Burkhart! He part owned New Zealand Railways in the 1990s and imported old locos from Queensland in Australia which has the same gauge as New Zealand, DMUs from Western Australia (same gauge) and UK mark 2 cars!
@Kempy72 Yes he likes to do these things! Old Estonian M62 and 2M62 locos were taken to Poland (to Rail Polska, also owned by Ed Burkhart) and we got C30-7Ai/C36-7i locos from US.
