What are those cables hanging from the gantry and the gantry itself supposed to be for? Doesn't look like signaling gantry...

- It’s a shifted load detector, and if those vertical wires are knocked loose, it indicates that something will not clear the Missouri River bridge about five miles behind this train. Both tracks are bi-directional.
