Are these brand new or rebuilt from something else?

@Kempy72 According to Wikipedia: "The units are converted from old London Underground D78 Stock, originally manufactured in 1980 by Metro-Cammell"

Thanks, they’re old District line stock, I travelled in them many times back in the late 90s/early 2000s.
