This is the first class 62 locomotive that recieved new secondary suspenssion with coil springs. It was put into class 65, but the next locomotives modified kept their old class 60/62. The class 65 was later given to the class 60 locomotives modernised with General Motors engine.
No, it's a regullar class 62 locomotive with modified suspenssion. The rest is as "classic" as it can be (Sulzer engine, old-style cab, no train heating).
