Why are 2 of the pantographs lowered?

It is not necessary to work on all four pantographs! Нigh-voltage jumper wires --bus-lines-- are thrown from the second section to the first one and from the third to the fourth one. So, the pantographs of the head sections are saved.

You can see these bus-lines along the deck of the second car.
