Is it relly 54 trainset ? Because ETR 500 54 must be as ETR 500 F trainset (tri-current for Italy-France).

Actually the aren't ETR500 able to run in France because they have not passed the test. All the ETR500 are configured to run only in Italy now, but they maintain the tri-current configuration (3kV and 1.5kV CC, 25kV AC 50HZ). Our High Speed line (except the Roma - Firenze and the Napoli - Salerno) are 25kV 50 HZ
