Please correct the date

Thank you Mikhail! The date is now the correct.

There mus be some mistake here. First, all SM42 of PR were wearing company's red and silver livery by 2012, second, 427 was property of Lower Silesian branch of PKP CARGO, assigned either to Wrocław or Legnica depot. The train is of PR, but with SM42 lent from PKP CARGO (obviously with some other number than 427).
