During an open day in the depot of Milano Smistamento, this 740 is slowly moving to the turntable to entertain the public, while other two steam locomotives are waiting for their turn in the roundhouse. Six was the number of steam locomotives in pressure plus about forty other historical diesel and electric locos and carriages.
