Thank you very much, Terry! As a matter of fact railways are usually fenced off in Russia. But since the traffic here is quite light and average speed is about 30 kph, it's no need to erect a fence here. I've visited this place since my childhood and to say the truth I can't imagine this peaceful beach being crossed with fences.
