Hungarian fuel train

Saw this loco in Timisoara last year. Did not expect it to be running again in this state . . .
I think it will be withdrawn soon for an overhaul and enter revenue service with the new corporate livery from TFG. But things are quite complicated since Donau Finanz decided to buy the whole TFG company after their consortium failed to buy 51% of CFR Marfa's business.
It may look bad, but if it works poperly, why withdraw it?
You shouldn't use the locomotive if it exceeded the allowed number of kilometers for every main overhaul. Unless employees from TFG are "hacking" the speedometer to show smaller numbers than the real ones.
@Arjen there are locomotives in much worse conditions than this one. You only need to catch them to see for yourself 🙂
The quality of the paintjob did in most of the Romanian repair facilities is very bad... Probably the locomotive did not exceed the allowed number of kilometers. However, most of CFR Călători's diesel locomotives exceeded both the number of km and number of years between 2 major repairs. That's why many took fire, the locomotives were expired even 4 years (!) before the accidents.
