What means 1654 at the traffic lights?

The number on the block signal refers to mileage from Omaha, Nebraska, the beginning of the division. The actual number is 165.4, but the decimal point is either not visible or not there at all. On this particular day, clouds had covered the whole region most of the day, but cleared off in the late afternoon. Heading out west from Grand Island, I set up the tripod and 500mm mirror lens and waited for just this kind of scene to develop. I would like to have gotten some newer, cleaner power on the point, but this is what showed up. Thanks for looking!
