Is the train transporting Radioactive waste? Nice pic!

In the case of the 57010 the answer would be No, the safety case for DRS requires that if the train is conveying radioactive material then they must have two locos. I think the Ministry of Defense wanted a train to take waste away from Devonport from a decommissioned submarine and then were not ready, so the train returned empty!
