No, this is a train spraying a product to destroy vegetation around the tracks to keep them clean. The camera is used to determine where the product can be use, because it is very toxic. Before this system was chosen, employees had to travel on each side of the white passenger cars, with the window open to see the track and a hand on the product valve.
