Winter Park Express operated by Amtrak crews to celebrate Winter Park Ski Resort 75th Anniversary. The 7-car train sold out the Saturday, March 14, 2015 trip within 8-hours. March 15, 2015 trip added to satisfy demand. Passenger fare was $75 per person. Both days sold out within hours of being posted on Amtrak website with minimal advertising. Thanks to ColoRail and Union Pacific Railroad for their efforts in making this possible. Ski Train operated by Ansco (Phil Anschutz) last operated in March 2009.
