Karakad, a location which I had my mind for sometime. Last December when I went to Goa, passed this location and was etched in my mind. Finally I planned a trainspotting at this location. A vast area with no humans around. Just paddy fields and migratory birds. I came to this location from a nearby town called Thrissur in the early morning passenger train. Got down at Shoranur Jn . Had a heavy breakfast around 0700 hours. Then walked around 4-5 kms to this location. Light was just in the way I had in mind . Madgaon Jn - Ernakulam Jn Express was the first train I captured in this location. Stayed in the location for 3 hours and happy that all the efforts I took was fruitful.
