There are several trolleys like this being pushed by homeless people in all over Manila, assisting the slightly insufficient regular suburban train traffic. Although these trolleys use the same tracks as the regular train traffic, the chances of collision are quite low, since the tracks don't allow higher speeds and the trains can already be heard from the distance. The service costs 10-20 PHP, but there are no fixed routes, the destinations are "on-demand".
