Good night everybody! I understand that this is not a format for railway photography, but I decided to share it with you. Metallurgical plant Azovstal, Mariupol, Ukraine. Blast furnace number 2, below is a diesel locomotive TEM7-0055. The seaport and the mouth of the Kalmius river are visible. I really like to photograph the industry, not just locomotives.

That’s awesome! Pictures of steel mills with no trains visible can be uploaded to the Non-railway photo thread. More pictures of either type are most welcome.

Since this picture above does have a locomotive visible, I personally think it would be nice to see it go through moderation and show up on the Main Page. The subject matter of the background is quite spectacular and compelling!
