"O'zbekiston" class #0010 (OTY). AC Bo-Bo-Bo 25 kV 50 Hz 1520 mm loco made in China. (CSR?). For freight trains. Turkistan (former South Kazakhstan) region, kazakh Saryagash station near kazakh-uzbek border and Tashkent city. This class of locomotive is not selected in Uzbekistan.

It is not class "#0010", it is his number. It is OTY class "O'zbekiston", number 0010.
