@Romet.Lyytsepp Yes, though the model has been available for a while, KCS is just now doing some testing with a small group of units built for them to use. Having recently purchased fifty GE ET44AC's, maybe they are planning to throw EMD a bone and buy some of these new ACes. To date, there have not been many sold, since GE has taken the lead with Tier-4 emissions technology and resulting sales. Let's hope EMD can regain some of the market.
