The vehicle is not blocked or partially cut, the whole 2319 is visible. The unit on the back is not enlisted as "the vehicle". Whoever voted that, shouldn't be able to vote...

@ddz7504 Agreed. This sort of voting has been a real problem of late. There is no requirement that the entire train be visible, as long as the subject (lead unit or control car) is unimpeded.
