This on WEB BLS https://www.bls.ch/it/dienstleistungen/waehrend-der-reise/kunde..isten In Italy the trains of BLS Cargo a Tractioning by MIR (some time) and Captrain Italia for the 90% of the train. For Exemple The train To Padova via Novara use E186, Re475 or E486 of BLS but in Italy the train is tractioning by Captrain.

Like on the brenner-line, where some DB Cargo trains were hauled by DB Cargo machines and with MIR-Personnel, this train is officially a BLS train with a BLS machine, only the engineer-staff is from MIR or Captrain. So like @ddz7504 said, this locomotive and this service, is a BLS service, so the unit has to be classified as BLS 186.
