Someone at Kiwirail a week or two back put one of their ‘switchers’ or shunting locos in the harbour!

Yikes! That's not going to look good on their annual performance review!
Yeah… Radio controlled unit, controlled by someone on the ground with a pack strapped onto their front. The loco went up the link span where an inter island rail ferry would usually dock, but there was no ferry there!
